I have just been advised that one of my four accepted entries to the PPOC National Image Competition, held recently in Winnipeg has been selected for inclusion in the National Loan Collection.   The Loan Collection travels around Canada, and is intended to represent the best in Canadian professional photography.

NATIONAL IMAGE COMPETITION

The 2007 National Image Competition of the Professional Photographers of Canada took place this week during “VIP Winnipeg 2007″, the Annual Convention of the PPOC, in Winnipeg, MB.

Mark English, a professional photographer from Richmond, BC, was awarded first place in the Pictorial class, and had 4 images accepted and exhibited in the National Image Competition, judged prior to the Convention by a panel of Master Photographers from across Canada  [a maximum of four images may be submitted annually for judging. ed.]
