Photography, Online Courses, Workshops and eBooks

The print is the final expression of a photograph.

Great prints result from the convergence of technical control and artistic intent. When someone else prints your work, you relinquish control over how that final expression is realized.

With today’s tools, producing high-quality, archival prints is entirely achievable—but it requires more than simply pressing a print button. As with most aspects of photography, successful printing depends on understanding both the craft and the art behind the process.

This course is designed to get you up and running with a clear, reliable, colour-managed workflow, and to help you move past the early technical hurdles that often lead to frustration. It’s a course for artists, not engineers (though engineers are welcome). We keep the discussion high-level and focused on what you actually need to know to work with confidence and consistency.
